At Parc Sans Gluten, our story started with a simple belief: everyone deserves to enjoy the warmth of fresh bread and pastries, no matter their dietary needs.
Born in Montreal, inspired by the timeless traditions of Paris, and perfected through more than 20 years of quiet dedication by a second-generation pastry master, our products have been called “the best in the world” and “the best I’ve ever tasted.”
